Dr. Thann Vuthy is a dentist based in Cambodia with over 16 years of clinical experience. His professional interests span periodontology, dental implants, orofacial pain, and temporomandibular disorders (TMD). His approach integrates careful diagnosis, evidence-based treatment planning, patient education, and long-term follow-up.

He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Health Sciences, Cambodia, in 2010. To broaden his expertise, he completed advanced training in Periodontology and Implantology through IMC in Germany in 2016. In 2026, he completed a Master’s degree in Orofacial Pain and Temporomandibular Disorders at the University of Siena, Italy.

Dr. Vuthy is the Founder and Head of SV Dental Clinic, where he provides clinical leadership and dental care. He is also a part-time lecturer at the University of Health Sciences, contributing to the education of future dental professionals, including teaching in periodontology.

Beyond daily practice, he is involved in professional education and academic exchange. His teaching and speaking interests include bruxism, TMD, dental implant biomechanics, and clinical decision-making in implant care.

Through clinical practice, teaching, and lifelong learning, his goal is to help patients receive thoughtful care and support dentists in making well-informed treatment decisions.
